Dufry Duty Free is looking to bring in an outstanding candidate.

Operations:

* In Charge if shop exploitation: Review shop Diary?Review sales by shop--POS/Visit Shop
*Ensures that shops are run in accordance with legal rules, technical specifications as safety regulations, properly recorded in files, systems.
*Keep informed of any economical development and propose actions with regards to the local development of Dufry as and when required.
*Guarantee the objectives and procedures regarding management of the stocks, sales, orders, human resources and of exploitation in general.
*Coordinate with the Airport authorities and other related authorities concerning the day today operations ensures that shops and warehouse.
*Ensure that there is a positiv and good work ethics in all areas of operations.
*Ensure processes implementation in all the area of the operation (ie: Modus)

Commercial:

* Focus on the daily sales achievements/ Ensures that objectives are met within the budget.
*Analyze monthly KPI Report/ Analyze sales by nationality, destination, category.
*Organize meetings with local suppliers and negotiate agreements.
*Analyze sales and margin by category and brand (ranking)/ Review and track budget.
*Margins by category, other income, expenses, balance sheet. Compared to previous year, weekly sales and budget.
*Defines and assists all commerical criteria to be applied in the shops. Layout/Pricing/Promotions/Catagory selection/Ordstock er/Replenishment/Cash.
*Track promotions performance/ Review promotions implementation (check list and results).
*Control internal stock situation / Replenishment incidences/ Expiry date/Stock levels and stock-out for A items /Total stock by category (value and qtys.)./Review external orders and performance.

Finance:

*Analyze income statement and balance sheet/ Control foreign currency and exchange rate.
*Review payments for next month "cash position".
*Analyze income statement and alance sheet/ Audit float for cashiers and managers.

Leadership Training and Staff Development:

*Supervise personnel organization & coordinate with HR for recruiting of new staff personnel.
*Track individual employee activity /End of day report differences, line cancellations, ticket cancellations.
*Individual working hours/ productivity, incidences, absenteeism and overtime by employee.
*Summarize and track FTE by department. Analysis against budget and previous year.
*Review staff performance/Review and update personnel planning.
*Organize or assist in employment meetings.
*Propose any training that may be required within the shops.
*Promote Dufry as a brand and ensure a high standard of customer service.

Logistics:

*Control stock tracking/Plan items for stock taking (negative stock, tops sales, new items).
*Record inventory count results against budget and previous year.
*Control internal stock situation. Stock levels by category/ supplier/ Stock Outs/ Product Discards/ Low rotation items/ Control logistics/ GPO.
*Attend and participate in weekly and Monthly Management Meetings.

Role Purpose:

*In charge of the general management of the local operation of Dufry's shops.
*To direct and promote the commercial activities of Dufry's shops.
*Participates in determining the correct tratefy for the area and country & the investment and development.

Must be able to work early mornings-nights-weekends-holidays.
