Missinippi Airways is a customer oriented, safety driven air carrier who offers a wide range of services including executive charters as well as Medevac and scheduled service to the communities of Manitoba and beyond. Missinippi Airways is proud to be the only 100% First Nations owned air service in Northern Manitoba and one of the oldest First Nations air services in Canada.

Missinippi Airways is currently seeking a Training Coordinator! 



This is a full time position based in The Pas, Manitoba. The Training Coordinator is responsible for:
- Flight training for both the King Air 200 and the Piper Navajo
- Conducting technical ground training for both the King Air 200 and Piper Navajo
- Conducting required ground training for operational personnel
- Development and maintenance of ground training programs
- Assisting the Chief Pilot in the development and maintenance of company SOPs
- Conducting line indoctrination and line checks
- Any other duties as assigned by the Chief Pilot

Minimum requirements are:
- 2000 hours Total Flight Time
- 500 hours Multi PIC
- Airline Transport Pilot Licence with a Group 1 IFR
- Category 1 Medical

Preferences will be given to candidates who possess:
- Previous King Air and/or Navajo experience
- Previous training experience
- Previous northern and/or gravel experience
- Self motivated and able to work independently
- Strong computer skills
