This job reports to the Director, Aviation Security . Relocation is not provided and travel is not required. This is a Full-Time position . Security Shift Supervisor Qualifications 5 to 7 Years of Successful Management or Leadership Experience 3 to 5 Years Experience Managing teams greater than 10 people, preferably in a Unionized Environment. Multi tasking and ability to handle stress. Strong Communication skills verbal and written. Excellent computer skills with an understanding of a variety of programs (I.e. Word, Excel, Outlook, and other work related software). Ability to type quickly and accurately (up to 40 wpm). Ability to work independently under minimal supervision. Demonstrate a high level of performance, commitment and motivation. Ability to effectively manage multiple tasks under pressure. Ability to walk and stand for extensive periods of time All candidates must possess or have the ability to obtain the following; A valid security licence. A Restricted Area Identification Card (RAIC).
