RESPONSIBILITIES: 1. Productivity - Training staff form ramp and customer service duties 2. Attending Airport Operating meetings 3. Customer relations 4. Able to apply for a Security Red Pass 5. File and keep comprehensive paperwork for auditing purposes 6. Scheduling, training and management of staff 7. Daily cash reports and third party billing 8. Effective communication with peers and department Director and liaise between other company departments 9. Government security regulations 10. Produce staff schedules
QUALIFICATIONS: 1. Must be willing and have the ability to acknowledge and understand the following manuals: a) The Scheduled Service Manual b) Skyline Training Manual c) Tariff and Firearms Manuals d) Safety Management System and Occupational Safety and Health Manuals e) Any additional regulatory requirements 2. Exceptional customer service skills and have the interpersonal skills that strengthen inter-company communications and relations. 3. Computer skills are required 4. Able to resolve conflict management (customer and co-worker) 5. Self-motivated and able to work within given timelines 6. Effective leadership skills and be a team player 7. Organizational skills imperative
