Thank you Greg Sambrook!

The students in the Aviation Operations programs are so fortunate to have the support of the industry to add another level of depth and practical application to the classroom learning.

Thank you to Greg Sambrook,  Vancouver Airport Authority's Manager of Security Programs who was on hand today to discuss airport security at YVR.  Greg has a wealth of information, a ton of experience - and a few really great stories to illustrate security issues faced by an airport.  It's also interesting to see how YVR organizes the many facets of airport security, regulated and unregulated, so that the checks and balances in place to keep us all safe become largely invisible.
