Bearskin Airlines is currently recruiting a F/T Flight Follower - Thunder Bay

Full-Time PositionThe Flight Follower provides computerized flight watch for all company aircraft throughout the company system. The Fight Follower will maintain daily records of completed flights, advise crew of daily flight assignments, communicate operational information or changes to flight crew and monitor weather.

Qualifications:The successful candidate must have excellent multi-tasking and problem solving skills as well as strong attention to detail. Excellent communication, customer service skills and the ability to adapt and deal with change is required. Must be highly motivated and posses a positive team attitude. The successful candidate must also be able to work independently and have flexible availability. Previous experience working with government regulations and collective agreements is an asset.
