REPORTING TO -Manager, Flight Coordination Center
DUTIES -Use the CAMP reservations software to post aircraft flight schedules as requested by the customer; -For each flight, use the CAMP reservations software to produce an Execaire Manifest that includes the itinerary, passenger list and additional requirements for the flight as required by this section; -Arrange for the customs and arrival/departure reservations at airports as required; -Assist flight crews with organizing ground servicing and handling (FBO) for aircraft; -Assist flight crews with reserving accommodations when required; -See to the wellbeing of the customers; -Retrieve flight documentation for retention; -Prepare Monthly customer reports; -Perform Amex reconciliation; -Assist the duty dispatchers and answer phones; -Assist with crew inquiries on scheduling; -Assist with after hour switchboard; -Develop better customer service; -Give quotes to potential charter customers; -Provide coverage for lounge (occasional); -Other assigned duties.
REQUIREMENTS -3–5 years experience in customer service; -Possess great organizational and customer service skills; -Have initiative, great ability to work autonomously and be detail oriented; -Able to work under pressure; -Good computer skills (Microsoft Office Suite); -Experience in corporate aviation operations is an asset; -Good communication skills; -Bilingualism (English and French) is essential;
