Sunwing Travel is currently recruiting an Inflight Base Supervisor, Toronto
OVERALL OBJECTIVE:
The Inflight Base Supervisor, Toronto (seasonal contract) will be
responsible for the daily monitoring of Cabin Crew, all administration duties
and ensuring that all Transport Canada Regulations and Company Policies are
adhered to by all Cabin Crew members. This position will report to the Base
Manager, Toronto.
RESPONSIBILITES:
• Responsible for the
daily monitoring of Cabin Crew
• Evaluate performance
and maintain all Personnel Files
• Conduct briefing,
Ramp, Baggage and Inflight checks
• Review all Flight
Reports and provide feedback to various departments at Head Office
• Daily administration
duties
• Support and assist
with all AOSH and SMS issues as required
• Provide Crew support
as needed
• Ensure that all
Transport Canada regulations and Company policies are being adhered to by all
Cabin Crew
• Other duties as
assigned
QUALIFICATIONS:
• Minimum three (3)
years Inflight experience preferred which includes onboard management
• Previous supervisory
experience a definite asset
• Must possess and
demonstrate strong customer service and interpersonal skills
• Strong leadership
and a self-starter approach to duties
• Must be proficient
in computers (i.e. Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Must have the utmost
integrity, discretion, confidentiality and professionalism
• Ability to work
independently and with a team
• Proven
organizational, multitasking and time management skills
• A professional
attitude and manner that reflects the high standards of the department
that you represent
ENVIRONMENT AND SCOPE:
• Capable to work in
fast-paced and rapidly changing environment
• Ability to work in a
team environment
• Must be able to work
shift work which includes some weekends
