Manage the daily baggage operations at Pearson International. Assisting all levels of management and addressing customer and airport authority concerns Job Responsibilities  Manage and control all staff assignments Generate and contribute to all required reports Ensure all operational equipment is functional and maintained Manage and control all resources assigned to the Baggage room, outbound and inbound baggage Develop and implement procedures to address safety and service issues Maintain good relations with customers and airport authorities Hold daily briefings with all levels of management Representative to the airport authorities and customers Provide support to front line management Address staff issues, including coaching, mentoring and administering corrective measures Maintain and steadily improve relationships with all internal and external stakeholders Coach and train all employees to effectively improve operations Accountable for daily operations All other duties as assigned Qualifications and Competencies Minimum 3 years ramp supervisor experience  Effective communication skills (verbal and written)  Internal and external customer relations skills  Computer literate with proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook  Flexible work schedule including hours, evenings, weekends and holidays  Must have valid drivers licence and AVOP/DA  Must have and maintain Transport Canada Security Clearance  Equal Employment Opportunity Statement  Swissport as an equal opportunity employer bases its hiring decisions on the business need and the best qualified candidates available, and does not discriminate in its employment decisions on the basis of any protected category.
