Job Description: Position : Customer Service Agent Reports to: Dixie Marchuk, Airports Manager
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for passenger check-in at airport counter
- Responsible for flight departure and arrival procedures
- Other duties as required by Manager
Qualifications:
- Knowledge of computers
- Good communication skills
- Strong customer service skills
- Ability to work independently
- Ability to work flexible hours
