Job Description: Position Customer Service Agent Reports to: Dixie Marchuk, Airports Manager

Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for passenger check-in at airport counter
  • Responsible for flight departure and arrival procedures
  • Other duties as required by Manager

Qualifications:
  • Knowledge of computers
  • Good communication skills
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Ability to work independently
  • Ability to work flexible hours
