Job Description Responsible to deliver operational excellence by developing and implementing processes according to company´s procedures, while adhering to all regulatory standards in terms of safety, security and technical compliance.
The Airport Manager is responsible of Copa Airlines operations at Montreal Pierre Elliott Trudeau International Airport, Quebec, Canada.
Responsibilities
- Full responsibility for delivering effective airport services to our customers.
- Lead, motivate and manage 3rd party suppliers to deliver the Service Level Agreements (SLA) with customers.
- Leads the drive for efficiencies and cost reductions within area of control and boundaries of regulatory compliance and product standards.
- Prepare operating budgets, resources plans (manpower, equipment and facilities) and reports to deliver the organization strategy and plans
- Implement, maintain and closely supervise all safety and security measures related to people, equipment, facilities and aircraft involved in the operation.
- Review key performance indicators (KPI's) and take necessary actions to meet needs
- Meet with customers on a regular basis to get feedback and monitor satisfaction levels
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders (internal & external) and local authorities
Experience Minimum five (5) years of experience as an Assistant Manager or Supervisor in the airline industry, preferable with an airline or handling agent. Fluent in French and English Minimum four (4) years of experience in airport operations
