Project Coordinator

Position title: Project Coordinator, Airport Service Quality
Reports to: Senior Manager Market Research, Airport Service Quality
Location: Montreal
The Project Coordinator supports and assists in the planning of activities related to the core ASQ Programme. Its mandate is to coordinate the full programme on a daily basis to maximize collaboration between team members in order to meet all project deliverables.
I. Major Duties and Accountabilities:
Reporting to the Senior Manager, Airport Service Quality, the Project Coordinator is the programme gatekeeper responsible for assisting the ACI ASQ team throughout all aspects of the core ASQ Programme execution, including operations planning and tracking, deliverables deadlines and customer support.

*Organize and coordinate all related tasks of the core ASQ Programme by working closely with the ASQ team, ASQ member airports, and the external suppliers.
*Calendar activities and tasks: oversee the full ASQ Programme.
*Coordinate the operations and processes with key partners based on the overall schedule requirements.
*Interact with external suppliers to ensure deadlines are respected and eliminate any possible roadblocks
*Support ASQ staff in the day-to-day delivery of the programme.
*Manage the ASQ member airports’ tasks and deliverables.
*Develop and implement dashboards and processes to follow operational activities
*Make recommendations to optimize the execution of operations.
*Ensure all deadlines are met to provide the deliverables successfully according to the yearly plan.
*Communicate and collaborate with ACI ASQ member airports worldwide to support the day to day information requests in order to reach the highest possible level of satisfaction.
*Act as the customer service expert in regards to the requests on the Airport Service Quality (ASQ) Programme.
*In charge of providing operational and technical support: answer, redirect and/or follow-up on all requests or questions from ASQ member airports in the respect to SLA.
*Monitor level of service to maintain the overall credibility of the ASQ Programme and to satisfy ASQ customers.
*Establish and maintain good relationships with the ASQ member airports.
*Manage and participate to the improvement of the tools used internally to provide customer support.
Team work:
Establish and maintain good working relationships and collaborative approach with the ASQ team and other ACI staff members. ·
Other duties as assigned.
II. Working Relationships:
1. Internal: Reports to Senior Manager Market Research, Airport Service Quality
  • Collaborates with the analysts and Head of ASQ
  • Liaises with other ACI staff as required, including the ACI Regional Offices
2. External:
  • Liaises with staff from external organizations and other agencies as required
  • Responds to queries from ACI members
  • Drafts information to ACI members on ASQ related matters
  • Other Duties as Assigned
  • Education/ Experience
  • III. Qualifications and Skills:
  • Minimum of 2-3 years’ experience in a coordinating role, project management and/or project administration;
  • University degree in administration, marketing or related discipline;
  • Experience in customer support and direct client relations / interactions;
  • Experience in email software management is an asset;
  • Experience in international project management is an asset.
Requirements

-Fluent in English (Excellent written and verbal communication skills);·
-Desirable: working knowledge of other languages– preferably French and/or Spanish;·
-Ability to work in a service-orientated culture, delivering excellent service levels to ACI members;·
-Excellent office computer skills (Microsoft Office);·
-Superior organizational skills to carry out all tasks required, handle and prioritize multiple tasks;·
-Rigorous and process oriented;·
-Positive attitude and demonstrate ability to be proactive, resourceful, adaptable, solution-focused, and professional at all times;·
-Ability to communicate in a welcoming, effective and dynamic manner.
