Must be legally entitled to work in Canada. Must hold a valid Canadian Passport. Valid Airline Transport Pilot License. Restricted Radio Licence. Criminal Record Check and Child Abuse Registry Check; Valid Class 5 Driver's License. Able to obtain a Winnipeg Airport Authority Restricted Area Pass. Multi-engine Instrument Rating (IFR). Qualifications: Essential:  Progressive aviation flight experience on 604, 702, 703, and 704 flight operations. 3000 hours of fixed wing time flight experience including 500 hours in remote Canadian locations. 600 hours of multi-engine Pilot-In-Command experience. Knowledge of Canadian Aviation Regulations. Leadership skills. Ability to work independently and make sound decisions. Interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment. Verbal communication skills. Time management and organizational skills. Knowledge of weather systems. Desired:  Technical software skills and familiarity with computer programs such as Foreflight. Experience float rating. Duties: Serves as Second-In-Command on Citation Aircraft and may act as Pilot-In-Command or First Officer on all Air Services' single, multi-engine aircraft, other than CL-215/415, on land and sea, by day, night and/or IFR as assigned by the Chief Pilot or Operations Manager.
