You are an experienced flight attendant with proven leadership skills, looking for an opportunity to oversee a team of flight attendant professionals. In the role of Flight Attendant Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with Canadian Aviation Regulations with respect to flight attendants, monitoring their performance and customer service delivery, while providing direction and mentorship to the team. Responsibilities Ensures that current and approved Flight Attendant Manual and training program are in place Supervises flight attendants, and issues relevant directives and notices Manages training of flight attendants in accordance with the approved training program; maintains training records Oversees scheduling of flight attendants to ensure adequate crewing of flights Collaborates with other company departments May perform other related duties as assigned Requirements Minimum 3 years of flight attendant experience Previous experience in a leadership or management role required Solid understanding of Transport Canada regulations Current safety training and First Aid, and a commitment to safety procedures Ability to display professionalism, confidentiality, and good judgment at all times Effective interpersonal and communication skills Excellent organizational and scheduling skills, with the ability to meet tight deadlines and handle daily operational issues Thorough knowledge of MS Office products, including Excel Work Conditions Summit Air, a Ledcor subsidiary, has been delivering remote aviation solutions to our customers for over 20 years.
