Customer Service Traffic Control at YVR (Curbside) *CANDIDATES MUST BE ABLE TO WORK 11:00PM TO 6:00AM** Paladin Security is currently hiring Customer service orientated individuals to direct traffic at YVR's pickup and drop off terminal for its Curbside operations division. In this customer service centric position, you may be one of the first or last people that travelers encounter when using YVR Vancouver International Airport. **Please note this position is outdoors, candidate must be comfortable working in all weather conditions** Responsibilities All vehicle operators who are waiting are approached with a greeting in a low-key manner and are asked to move along. If they refuse, curbside member will suggest for operator(s) to drive around until they see their party ready for pick up, use the parkade, or use the cell phone lot located in Jet Set Parking Lot Qualifications - Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills - Must have driver's license and own vehicle - Able to work well under pressure with minimal supervision - Professional and polished demeanor - Excellent communication skills, written and verbal - Ability to assess and take initiative to meet/ fulfill customer expectations. - A team player who is customer oriented and adaptable to change We thank all applicants for their interest; however, only those applicants that are short listed will be contacted for an interview.
