Quality Assurance Inspector The QA Inspector primary function is to monitor the performance and effectiveness of all activities controlled by the Maintenance Control Manual and Maintenance Policy Manual and any referenced documents. Monitoring of activities will be completed by way of scheduled and random audits. Responsible to the Quality Assurance Manager Responsibilities Complete internal audits in accordance with EVAS’s policies and procedures, and audit schedule. Document audit results and write findings and reports as required. Review completed corrective action plans for audit finding and follow up to determine effectiveness Audit completed maintenance paperwork daily Ensure training is properly documented and carried out as required. Ensure calibrated tools are documented and sent out monthly Assist the Quality Assurance Manager in the performance of his or her duties and responsibilities Assist with the Technical Records Department when required Education and Experience Experience within aviation Understanding of safety and quality assurance Previous auditing experience an asset Working knowledge and skills using Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word. Ability to qualify for a Restricted Area Identification Card (RAIC) Some travel will be required For further information, or to apply, please click here
