$12.85 an hour - Part-time
Job Summary
Reporting to the OCC Manager, the Flight Operations Agent is responsible to perform Load daily tasks of flight operations, all the while upholding company objectives and standards.

Job Responsibilities
  • Must adhere to ALL safety rules, safe working practices/procedures and Company Policies;
  • Assist in various office duties, preparing all what is needed to manage the daily operations related tasks;
  • Perform Weight and Balance duties of aircraft;
  • Meet and assist flight crew;
  • Coordinate the activities of all ramp suppliers (fuel, ramp, catering, cleaning, etc) ;
  • Ensure the completion of flight files and maintaining all records;
  • Liaise and coordinate with cargo warehouse, the inbound and outbound cargo;
  • Keep station management informed at all times in the event of irregularities or procedure non compliance ;
  • Dispatch all messages as required pre, during and post flight;
  • Promote and maintain good relationship with colleagues and various suppliers ;
  • Updating on a daily basis all operations and flight related statistics;
  • Ensure office protocol is respected and working areas are clean and organized;
  • Ensure workforce adherence to company policies and procedures;
  • Other duties that may be assigned in relation to flight operations
Qualifications and Competencies
  • Experience in a high volume airport operations with a significant level of internal and external dependencies and relationships is an asset;
  • Must possess strong organizational and multi tasking skills
  • Strong written and oral communication skills in English;
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, e.g. Excel, Word and Outlook;
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and ability to meet tight deadlines;
  • Ability to deal with problems involving variables in standardized situations;
  • Flexibility to work on the weekends or when the needs arise.
  • Must be dependable and reliable;
  • Proven track record leading a team to meet operational and performance targets;
  • Excellent ability to multitask & handle changing priorities;
  • Need to have access to a vehicle
