About the Opportunity: 
The Crew Scheduler is part of a small team that functions at the heart of the operations. Working out of our airport location in Smithers, BC and reporting to the Operations Manager, the Crew Scheduler coordinates day of flight crew requirements and changes while ensuring compliance with regulations.

Job Duties: 
• Promptly respond to crew members communication in a friendly, and fair manner
• Coordinating day-of crew requirements and changes while making sure all changes are compliant with Canadian Aviation Regulations (CARS)
• Ensure any accommodation and transportation arrangements are made in a timely manner
• Communicate changes to appropriate departments promptly
• Accurately maintain a detailed record system
• Other duties as required
