Airport Services Network Supervisor

The Airport Services Network Supervisor is responsible for the effective day to day operations and activities of Sunwing Airlines in their respective regional airports, while maintaining operational efficiency and standards.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Monitor Safety, On Time Performance, and Quality Standards for suppliers of Ground Handling and Representation services in airports (Suppliers)
Ensure services are provided in accordance with contractual agreements
Provide operational and administrative support to Suppliers
Analyse station reports to ensure accuracy and address operational challenges
Conduct scheduled/non-scheduled audits and all follow up, to support the audit program
Create and maintain detailed reports pertaining to KPIs and SLAs
Conduct vendor performance reviews to assess how the supplier is performing against KPIs/SLAs
Track delays and facilitate the delay handling process
Investigate SMS incidents and provide appropriate follow up
Review billing and follow up with discrepancies as per contractual agreements
Establish operational and administrative set up of new stations
Mark trends and contribute ideas for efficiency planning
Collaborate with and support other departments with corporate policy
Coaching of ground handling personnel and assist with training as requested
Various administrative duties and projects as assigned
Ensure Regulatory compliance
Keep detailed statistics on Revenue
Ensure Quality Control is in place and detailed records kept

QUALIFICATIONS:
Post Secondary Education in Aviation Management or equivalent Aviation experience
Minimum of three years Airport Operations experience considered an asset
Strong verbal and written proficiency
Strong leadership qualities, capable of providing instructions, and delegating work
Ability to handle tight deadlines, multi-task and can balance conflicting priorities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite of products
Organized and accurate, with an attention to detail
Second language will be considered an asset (Spanish or French)

ENVIRONMENT AND SCOPE:
Ability to travel for business on short notice, domestically and internationally
Requires flexibility to work off-business hours, including holidays
Required to hold company phone and be available on-call during off hours and weekends
Willing to work in a fast paced, detail oriented environment
Must be able to obtain and maintain a Transportation Security Clearance
