Qualifications: 
Canadian Citizen or Landed Immigrant (must be able to meet
Transport Canada Security Clearance Regulations) 
Must be able to apply for, meet and maintain various Security
Clearance Regulations 
Clean criminal record
 Must be legally eligible to work in Canada with no stipulations
 Valid driver’s license
 High School Diploma/and or equivalent work experience
 Ability to lift heavy objects on a continual basis 
Capable of working outside in cold temperatures
 Customer-friendly focused at all times
 Problem solving skills
 Excellent organization ability
 Work efficiently with Computer systems; typing skills considered as
asset

 Excellent communication skills
 Ability to work in a team environment
 Ability to work under stressful time constraint circumstances
 Ability to work shift work including nights, weekends, statutory
holidays 
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to multitask
 Previous airport or cargo experience considered an asset

Responsibilities: 
Management and tracking of cargo
 Accepting cargo and ensuring it meets regulatory requirements
 Building and breaking down of cargo loads
 Airway bill creation, closing/signing off
 Completing and verifying dangerous goods paper work
 Operating forklifts/heavy machinery for cargo movement assistance
 Preparing cargo for flights
 Actively participate in the Company’s Safety Management Systems
program and demonstrate knowledge of employee responsibilities
regarding safety 
Other duties as assigned
