Recruiter, Pacific Coastal Airlines
Richmond, BC
Pacific Coastal Airlines is headquartered at the South
Terminal of the Vancouver International Airport. As an established regional
airline, we fly scheduled and charter service between busy international
airports, remote destinations, and beautiful communities within the province of
British Columbia. The launch of our new operations in Southern Alberta in 2018
has created an exciting environment of rapid growth. As a result, we have
created a new role for a Recruiter within our Employee Services department.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced in-house recruiter to make
their mark of a growing organization!
The Recruiter is a newly created position and this
individual will be a key driver for the development and effectiveness of the

strategies. He or she will continually strive to come up with new ideas to
ensure effectiveness and efficiency. The successful candidate will keep
up-to-date with recruitment-related trends to ensure that the Pacific Coastal
is viewed in a positive light within the industry and external job market.

BC and Alberta in order to participate in interviews, career fairs, and other
