WHAT YOU WILL DO
Reporting to Manager of Organizational Effectiveness, the Senior Organizational Effectiveness Specialist will be responsible for contributing to the establishment of the OE Center of Excellence for YYC. The role is intended to prepare YYC Crew to achieve the goals of the business through: developing and supporting transformation culture change, capability building for all employees, leadership development, and succession planning. These will be achieved through: conducting appropriate needs assessment, including program evaluation and analytics; developing and implementing employee development strategic initiatives, strategic planning facilitation and support, identifying resources (internal and external) to support initiatives, socializing new strategic programs and models, working with the L&D Specialist in program design and delivery, and introducing core competencies enterprise-wide.


WHAT YOU BRING

Our successful applicant holds a Bachelor Degree in related field and has 5-10 years Organizational Effectiveness experience. You are a self-starter, excellent role model willing and comfortable in leading the way, challenging the status quo, and working hard to foster culture change. You are comfortable and capable communicating with all levels of the business, and all sizes of audience. An effective team-member, you work well with others and approach challenges with curiosity and a can-do attitude. 

 
WHAT ELSE?
Consulting experience is an asset, as is experience in leadership roles. With a service orientation paramount, a successful track record of Essential Skills (soft skills) programming from needs assessment to design and delivery is what we need.  The skills of this applicant must include: facilitation, communication (written and verbal), leadership, relationship building, and business acumen.
Must be able to obtain and maintain a Restricted Area Identification Card (RAIC)
