The Canadian Air Transport Security Authority (CATSA), a Crown corporation responsible for security screening at airports across Canada, has an exciting indeterminate opportunity within the Service Delivery team at the Winnipeg International Airport (YWG):

Performance Officer (YWG)

Position Summary
Reporting to the Manager, Regional Performance and under the functional supervision of the Team Leader, Screening Performance, the Performance Officer is responsible for observing, recording and reporting on Screening Contractor (SC) operational performance at the assigned airport, and various other designated airports, in accordance with all applicable policies, procedures and directives. The Performance Officer performs all other duties and responsibilities related to the position as required.

What you need to succeed

To qualify for the position, you must have:

• Post-secondary education in Quality Control, Logistics, Law Enforcement or another speciality relevant to the duties of the position;
• A minimum of two (2) years of experience conducting inspections or monitoring in a highly regulated environment where compliance to operating standards and procedures is critical;
• A minimum of one (1) year of experience writing reports and giving recommendations to management.
