Position Description  and Purpose
Be the local CHEP Aerospace Solutions representative managing the day-to-day operational activities and processes at assigned airports in cooperation with the Global Operations Center (GOC) at Bangkok, ensuring customer needs are being effectively catered to and that CHEP Aerospace Solutions' assets are safeguarded from misuse, damage or loss at stations.

Major/Key Accountabilities
. Direct the customer's Ground Handling Agents (GHAs) that the customer's requirements are efficiently met
. Enforce directives of the Global Operation Centre (GOC) on station and sub-region ULD needs and provide assistance when requested by the GOC to meet the stock requirements at the assigned stations
. Effectively deliver and secure pooling synergy for customers operating in the sub-region through appropriate communication and/or training of Ground Handling Agents and airline representatives at all stations.
. Manage working relationships with: ground handling agents, airport authorities, other operators, regulatory authorities, repair companies, customs and third party service providers of the sub-region to ensure continued good performance to support CHEP Aerospace Solutions' operations.
. Instruct all stations (providers, GHA's, repair centers, etc.) in the sub-region about the performance requirements and audit GHAs that the required target levels (dispo performance, UCM/LUC/SCM quality, damages, losses) are achieved
. Perform regular serviceability checks of the ULDs at assigned stations and initiate corrective actions
. Safeguard CHEP Aerospace Solutions' assets in the sub-region and enforce effective processes to prevent misuse or loss of units
. Ensure effective trouble shooting and efficient problem solving

Qualifications
. Driving licence
. Ability to travel internationally is a requirement

Experience
. Familiar with aircraft, passenger and cargo handling processes
. Operations and logistics experience

Skills and Knowledge
. Must have strong problem solving and decision making skills and be capable of performing well under pressure.
. Should be logical and systematic, well organized, a team player, self-motivated and capable of working with a clear focus on organisational goals.
. Good human relationship skills are required to ensure harmonious working internally and externally
. Flexible & self-motivated individual
