SunWing is currently recruiting an InFlight Base Supervisor, based in Montreal.

Responsibilities

• Provide coaching and support to the Cabin Crew at the Montreal Base.
• Ensure all Cabin Crew are in compliance with both Department and Company procedures and policies.
• Conduct both safety and performance assessments.
• Review all InFlight Reports and provide feedback to various departments regarding operational matters.
• Assist with training of new onboard managers and provide guidance in their role.
• Assist with all administrative duties at the YUL Base.
• Must work shift work including weekends.

Qualifications & Experience
• Minimum three (3) years InFlight experience preferred.
• Must possess and demonstrate strong Customer Service and interpersonal skills.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.
• Computer proficiency.
• Must have the utmost integrity, discretion, confidentiality and professionalism.
• Ability to work independently and with a team.
• Must be bilingual in both official languages.
