North Cariboo Air is currently recruiting a Coordinator, Charter Logistics in Calgary

Job Purpose
This position is responsible for delivering a superior grade of service to North Cariboo customers throughout the product delivery cycle. Working in conjunction with the business development team you will interact with the customers on telephone, face to face in the departures area and in other customer related functions as required. The hours of work for this position are 40 hours per week based on assigned and unassigned customer departures and arrivals.

Role and Responsibilities
- Guide the delivery of service from the inception of a flight through to completion.
- Coordinate passenger manifests.
- Coordinate departure times and aircraft availability with Operations Control Center.
- Follow up with customers to ensure that all flights have been conducted to the customers’ satisfaction.
- Maintain charter files for current and future customers.
- Manage commissary inventory.
- Order catering for all flights.
- Check in passengers for all flights.
- Accurate data entry for various flight details.
- Meet, greet and escort passengers for flights departing North Cariboo’s departure lounge following all security procedures.
- Work with the flight crew to assist in the delivery of service details.
- Security screening of passengers.
- Actively support the company’s Safety Management Program by participating in the program
- All other duties as assigned

Education and Training
- Grade 12 education
- Previous customer service experience required.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office, Excel and Word an asset.
- Ability to hold a Transport Canada Airside Security pass.
- Valid driver’s license

Salary: As per North Cariboo Air Payscale
