SunWing is currently recruiting an Operations Assistant who will be required to assist both the Duty Manager and Flight Dispatcher in the day to day running of the Operations Control Center. The Operations Assistant will also be transporting crews between the airport and our head office. Responsibilities • Assisting the Dispatcher on duty with the preparation of the daily Trip Folders • Assisting the Dispatcher and Duty Manager on duty with Flight Watch. The Operations Assistant may be required to ensure that the “Fleet Watch” system is both current and accurate • Assist the Dispatcher or Duty Manager on Post Flight Duties • Transport all Sunwing crews to/from Toronto Airport to/from Head Office, or in some cases to their rest facility • Performing any additional duties as assigned by the MOC or Duty Manager Qualifications • Must have a valid “G” class Ontario drivers license • Must be able to work shift work • “F” class Ontario drivers license an asset • Work experience in an Airline Operations Center is an asset If you are interested in applying please forward your resume and cover letter to hr@sunwing.ca.  Sunwing we want to fly higher when it comes to employment equity.
