Beyond Stick-and-Rudder: An Introduction to CRM

Happy New Year! Please see the following information for a presentation on January 6th hosted by the 99's.  Everyone is invited to this free presentation by award winner David Black.

Beyond Stick-and-Rudder: An Introduction to CRM
In the early 1980s United Airlines put on the world's first Crew Resource Management course.  The goal was to help multi-pilot crews communicate more effectively and make better in-flight decisions.  Early CRM courses were focused primarily on interaction dynamics between captains and first officers.  Over the last 30 years, these courses have evolved significantly to encompass a wide variety of skills, knowledge, and attitudes to help pilots make better risk-management decisions in the cockpit.
In this short "Introduction to CRM" presentation, David Black will introduce CRM and review one or two basic CRM concepts that can also be applied in a single-pilot operation.

Please RSVP by January 4
The presentation is free, but we request that your RSVP so that we can ensure seating and have 'Completion Certificates' prepared.  Please RSVP via this linkhttp://airfun.org/sbook/rsvp_crm.htm
