We are currently looking to fill the position of CREW SCHEDULER. (Reference CJ719)
Located at the Halifax International Airport and reporting to the Manager, Crew Planning/Scheduling, the Crew Scheduler would be responsible to:
- Ensure full crew complement on all flights.
- Replace and/or displace crewmembers as required.
- Monitor crew check-in.
- Staff appropriately for IROPS and charters.
- Book deadhead seats, hotels and taxis for flight crews.
- Complete, maintain and distribute all appropriate paper work.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
The ideal candidate would possess:
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to cope with stress and time constraints
- Above average communication skills
- Above average time management skills for prioritizing workload
- Computer literate
- Knowledge of the Canadian Aviation Regulations
- Previous experience with staffing and scheduling would be assets
- Available to work Modified Schedule, including days, evenings, nights, and weekends.
