Customer Service Representative-YYZ Airport
TGA Services - Mississauga, ON
Toronto Ground Airport Services will be actively recruiting employees for the following positions to work at the Toronto Pearson Airport:
  • Customer Service Agent F/T and P/T
  • Lead Customer Service Agent F/T
  • Shift Managers/Dispatch F/T
Requirements:
Minimum of 2 years customer service experience
Experience in providing special services, mobility assistance, and unaccompanied minor support an asset
Excellent communication skills, verbal and written, in the English language
Canadian Citizen or Permanent Resident
High school Diploma or GED equivalent
Ability to obtain and maintain an Airport Restricted Area Identification Card
Valid G2 drivers license with clean drivers abstract
Shift work required 24/7/365
Requirement to work outdoors during periods of extreme cold, heat, rain, snow
Ability to stand, push, pull, lift, climb stairs, bend and perform repetitive movements for extended periods of time
Requirement to assist in lifting up to 200 lbs.
Training program will be provided with a requirement to attain a minimum 90% grade upon completion.
