Responsibilities
1. For the accurate and timely completion of the Daily Flight Record (DFR)
2. To execute the day to day resource planning and deployment of staff ensuring that most efficient and cost effective operational resource requirements are met.
3. Report any variances in manpower levels to the respective General Manager(s)
4. Any staff attendance matters will also be reported to the respective General Manager(s)
5. Resource planning will be based from the Manager, Strategic Planning (Mgr. SP) seasonal resource plan. Any issues MUST be reported to the Mgr. SP on a daily basis as they may occur.
6. Facilitate and execute all day of communication (including verbal, written email and text) both internal and with Customers and suppliers.
7. Arrange overtime and sick call replacement under the direction of the appropriate General Manager
8. Monitor ATOMS emails
9. Update and action Airline and Customer DFI’s as required current day, prepare the next two days ensuring operational and contractual obligations are met
10. Complete shift reports as required
11. Record grooming on and off times for each customer
12. Create roster from blocks around flight activity and assign duties
13. Schedule change employees / cancel shifts to reflect changes to the flight activity
14. Update rosters to reflect employee shift trades, record shift trade irregularities
15. Provide Service Excellence Managers justification for any regular and overtime hours used in excess of plan

Requirements
-Strong communication skills and administrative competence are required
-Good organization and planning skills
-Able to work under pressure in a fast paced environment
-Knowledge of Microsoft Office Software, e.g. Excel, Word (an asset)
