Position: Manager Quality and Compliance, Reference: 140002UB Company / Division: dnata Location for Position:  Dubai, United Arab Emirates Salary: Attractive tax-free package  Job Purpose As Manager Quality and Compliance, you will define and implement a quality management and compliance framework for dnata at a global business segment level which adheres to industry best practise and ensures regulatory compliance. This role is expected to convey the one dnata philosophy to ensure that dnata provides service standards in accordance with the expectations (and SLAs) of its airline customers and does so in accordance with optimal and consistent operating standards across each location / country that dnata operates. Qualifications & Experience Degree or Honours (12+3 or equivalent) 10+ years Senior Management experience with an international airline or ground handling organisation Previous experience in a senior leadership role in quality & compliance Passion for service excellence, results and change management. Strong interpersonal and influencing skills Excellent knowledge of all aspects of airport handling operations, as well as strong business acumen to oversee all aspects of each company's business.
