Calm Air International L.P. is currently recruiting a Flight Crew Scheduler

Duties will include, but are not limited to: 
 Build monthly flight crew packages with flight pairings, training and vacations.
 Book crew member deadhead travel as required, including hotels, crew housing, rental cars and external flights.
 Flight rostering in Amelia and change rostering as required.
 Work on irregular operations recovery plans as required.
 Audit / distribute crew monthly schedules on a timely basis.
 If flight crew book off ensure flight is crewed in accordance to collective agreements.
 Responsible for compliance of CARS regulations by monitoring / modifying expectations and violations.
 Track and notify chief pilot and flight attendant manager for attendance issues.
 Manage pilot, flight attendant sick banks, stats and vacation entitlements.
 Maintain effective communication with all departments
 Liaison with crew scheduling of Pilot and FA’s ensuring available work is assigned in advance.


Hours of work:
 Monday – Friday 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM however may vary dependant on flight schedules. Individual must be flexible
 Occasional travel required

Qualifications:
 Must have Grade 12 or equivalent
 Applicant must be considered punctual and reliable individuals
 Excellent working knowledge of Excel, Word, Outlook, Amelia Crew 
 Knowledge of an airline’s operations would be considered an asset
 Team player that can also work independently 
 Proven ability to work in a fast paced environment while meeting tight timelines and deadlines. 
 Must have experience working within collective agreements 
 Knowledge of Canadian Aviation Regulations and Standards
 Must be able to pass an “Enhanced Security Clearance”
