OVERVIEW
The Crew Scheduler reports to the Flight Operations Manager and works closely with the Sr. Crew Scheduler, and is responsible to assist with Flight Crew scheduling to meet the Flight Operations Schedules.


DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Assist in building monthly crew schedules
• Arrange Flight Crew travel and hotel
• Monitor Flight Crew duty and rest times in accordance with Canadian Aviation Regulations (CARS) and the Collective Agreement
• Liaise with Crew Members on a daily basis
• Resolve scheduling issues as they arise on a daily basis
• Create and maintain Travel Database
• Assist with other departmental travel requirements
• Other duties as assigned

REQUIRED CERTIFICATION, EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE or SKILLS
• Familiar with Canadian Aviation Regulations (CARS)
• Strong attention to detail
• Work well under pressure
• Capable of multi-tasking
• Able to prioritize
• Possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Be flexible and adaptable
• Intermediate to expert MS Excel skills
