We are seeking a Customer Experience Manager to join our Retail Team! World Duty Free Group (WDFG) operates in 20 countries, with over 500 stores in 100 airports from Heathrow to Helsinki to Vancouver. WDFG is proud to have been voted Airport Retailer of The Year in 2013 and 2014. Here in Vancouver, we operate 10 stores at the Vancouver International Airport, where over 3 million passengers visit our stores annually.

The Customer Experience Manager (CEM) provides leadership and is accountable for the management and delivery of the customer user experience in our airport stores. This role will ensure that all legs of the customer’s journey are connected and consistent. The Customer Experience Manager optimizes sales results with specific ownership for the customer experience on the Retail floor.

The CEM will own, develop and manage the customer service initiatives across the business. They work closely with the Retail Operations team and relevant internal/external stakeholders, to ensure customers are provided with exceptional customer service contributing to our goal of world class service.

The CEM drives results by developing and executing short term action plans and long term strategies within customer service. The Customer Experience Manager leads brand initiatives to create an excellent customer experience, while meeting and exceeding company productivity standards.
