AVIATION PLANNING TECHNICIAN - CAMBRIDGE
Key Responsibilities
- Participating in large-scale planning and engineering projects in a team environment
- Participating in aviation planning assignments in a team environment
- Ability to participate in large multinational/multisector project teams
- Be mentored by intermediate and senior staff
- Planning assignments include: Airport Master Plans, Airport Development Plans, Meteorological Studies, Noise Studies, Airfield Layout Designs and Management/Operational Plans
- Opportunity for growth as you develop your skills within the group
Qualifications
- College diploma in aviation management or similar
- An understanding, strong interest in, or relevant experience in airport planning, operations or management
- An understanding of TP312 and the Canadian Aviation Regulations
- Knowledge of TP1247, TP308 and Annex 14
- Proficiency with AutoCAD
- GIS experience considered an asset
- Excellent MS Word, Excel and Access abilities
- Ability to take initiative and attention to detail
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
