corporation responsible for security screening at airports across Canada, has
an exciting 6 months opportunity within the Service Delivery team at the
Calgary International Airport:
Performance Officer (YYC)
About the job
The Performance Officer is responsible for observing, monitoring and
reporting on screening operations, including customer service and overall
quality of service delivery, at Pre-board Screening (PBS), Hold Baggage
Screening (HBS) and Non-Passenger Screening (NPS) checkpoints to ensure
procedural compliance to CASTA’s Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs),
Operational Bulletins and directives. In addition, this position is responsible
for conducting PBS and HBS performance testing, presenting results to
management and contributing to the development of corrective actions aimed at
enhancing operational performance.

What you need to succeed
To qualify for the position, you must have:
Post-secondary education in Quality Control, Logistics, Law Enforcement
or another specialty relevant to the duties of the position;
A minimum of two (2) years of experience conducting inspections or
monitoring in a highly regulated environment where compliance to operating
standards and procedures is critical;
A minimum of one (1) year of experience writing reports and giving
recommendations to management.
Bilingualism (French / English) is an asset
