Part-time; Flight Instructor

Position: Class 2, Class 3 or 4Flight Instructor (Single Engine and Multi-Engine)

Location: Langley Airport, BC

Aircraft Types: Cessna 172, PA28, PA34

Summary:

The Flight Instructor will manage all operational aspects of flight training. This position provides strategic leadership and supervision to the flight training operation, and actively works to further the mission of Langley Flying School as a whole, working with various departments within the company to ensure positive and sustainable growth. The incumbent will ensure the flight school delivers safe, professional and quality training to students, in a manner that builds on the reputation of the flight school and encourages customer retention.

Minimum Requirements:

• Legally able to work in Canada
• Valid Canadian Flight Instructor Rating
• Satisfactory Flight Test Record
• Experience in conducting ground school (preferred but not required)

Salary:

Class 2 Instructors: the hourly wage is $40 Per Hour.

Class 3 Instructors: the hourly wage is $35 Per Hour.

Class 4 Instructors: the hourly wage is $30 Per Hour.
