Reporting to the Vice President of Business Development and Service Quality, the Manager of Customer and Terminal Services has direct responsibility over generating revenue from key non-aeronautical revenue sources including parking, ground transportation, car rental, and concessions. As a member of the Management Team, the Manager will participate in overall management of Skyxe through regular management meetings and processes, working collaboratively to achieve corporate targets for top non-aeronautical revenue streams.
Education and Professional Experience
- Post-secondary graduate of business management or related education program
- Minimum 3 years of leadership experience in business development, management and/or marketing role
- Minimum 5 years of experience in parking, marketing, ground transportation, and/or customer service, preferably within the airport/aviation industry
- Knowledge of regulations pertaining to airport, aviation and related agency operations is beneficial
